We went to the Frazier History Museum to see the Leonardo DaVinci exhibit, the 21C Museum Hotel, and the Louisville Science Center to see the Narnia exhibit.

It was SO much fun!  We have made a goal to do something creative together at least once a week, and so far so good!

So…Four days down…Twenty-Six to go!

I have modified the detox a little.

I am still staying away from ice cream, and candy…But, I have been having some sweets.

Now, before I leave it at failing, I am being MUCH more mindful of the amount of sweets I am having, and have cut back to one, maybe two sweets each day!

I am proud to say that I have been drinking only water and milk, and ABSOLUTELY NO SODAS!!!

I haven’t had any fast food, and have been packing fruits, salads, and much healthier foods for lunch at work!

In general, I have already been eating much healthier.

I love ice cream.

I love Root Beer.

I love chocolate.

But they don’t love me.

Every time I eat or drink something with sugar, I almost immediately regret it.

For some stupid reason, I tell myself that maybe it was a fluke.

Maybe I just shouldn’t eat that type of ice cream or chocolate.

I am giving myself a challenge.

30 days.

Detoxing.

No sugars or sodas.

Day one starts tomorrow.

Last Sunday, I participated in the Third Annual Buy Local First Fair in Louisville, KY at the Water Tower.  It turned out to be a beautiful day filled with sunshine.  There were tons of local artists, organizations, farmers and food vendors.  I had an awesome time selling my goods to the locals and saw lots of cool booths.  If you didn’t attend the fair this year, be on the lookout for more info for the fair next year!  Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Love, Brenna booth!
